QZAB Allocations for 2012 and 2013 — You can issue them to LEAs now!
NEF Message to the State QZAB Directors

Dear State QZAB Director,
Some of you have enquired about giving out the 2012 and 2013 QZAB allocations to eligible LEAs now.
The US Department of Education and US Treasury have informed us that it is perfectly fine to give out the 2012 and 2013 allocations now. You do not have to wait for an official letter from the US Secretary of Education, which would be forthcoming.
As the national nonprofit leader in QZAB, STEM education and bridging the academic divides in our schools, in order to make sure that at least 85% of the available QZAB allocations are deployed by every state, and effective QZAB academies are set up by the LEAs receiving QZAB funds (as per Congress) , we have agreed to assist eligible LEAs meet nbso online casino reviews the two Federal QZAB law mandates:
1) 10% Match: We have agreed to provide the 10% match donation to any eligible school district in the nation.
2) QZAB Academy: To ensure LEAs pass any IRS audits of their QZABs, we have made provisions for the State University of NY (SUNY) and various other State Universities to set up world-class QZAB STEM Academies capable of advancing a student one grade level in a subject such as math or reading in 20-30 learning hours, as documented by SUNY. We have also put together a team of 25 acclaimed former state and district superintendents to assist the LEAs in every state with all aspects of QZAB.
So, please let your LEAs know that they can contact us at qzab@qzab.org for assistance with the 10% Match donation and the QZAB Academy by reputable universities as well as bank contacts for financing.
Working together and with the U.S. Education Department, we CAN help the LEAs utilize all available QZAB funds, while “preparing the students better for college and the workforce,” as mandated by the QZAB law, and as per our mission.
