As you know, to make sure that at least 85% of the available QZAB allocations are deployed by every state, and effective QZAB academies are set up by the school districts receiving QZAB funds (as per Congress) , we have agreed to assist school districts meet the two QZAB law mandates:

1)     10% Match: We have agreed to provide the 10% match to any eligible school district in the nation.

2)     QZAB Academy: We have made provisions for casino online the  State University of NY and various other State Universities to set up world-class QZAB STEM Academies capable of advancing a student one grade level in a subject such as math or reading in 20-30 learning hours

So, please let your school districts know that they can contact us at for assistance with the 10% Match and the QZAB Academy as well as bank and bond counsel contacts for financing, as many states including PA and GA have done.

Working together and with the U.S. Education Department, we CAN help the school districts/schools utilize all available QZAB funds, while “preparing  the students better for college and workforce,” as mandated by the QZAB law, and in accordance with our mission.
